What is a Harvest

Shaped by the season, held by the land.

A Harvest is a few days shaped by the season: olives, grapes, herbs, mushrooms depending on the time of year.

We spend time with the land, take part in the work, and gather around what it offers. The days are simple and open: being outside, making a harvest together, sharing long tables, and letting things unfold at their own pace.

There is also space for being together in other ways: movement, music, simple rituals with the land.

Over time, something shifts: in how we relate to the land, to food, and to each other.

How We Gather

What shapes the day

The Harvest

We arrive with the season: olives, grapes, herbs: each with its own timing.
We spend time working alongside the people who know this land well. Most of what we learn happens through doing: slowly, with attention, and often without needing many words.

The Shared Table

At the end of the day, we come together around the table.
We eat what the land has offered. We sit a little longer. Conversations open, the pace softens, and something shifts in how we meet each other.
The table becomes part of the experience: a different kind of nourishment, shaped by the day we’ve shared.

The Movement

Throughout the day, we gather.
In the mornings and evenings: for movement, for stillness, for being in the body together. We dance, we do yoga, we follow live music into the night, sometimes we sit in circle, sometimes we simply stay with what is there.

Each harvest comes and goes.
We meet it while it's here.

Tell us what's drawing you here, and we'll take it from there.
